Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are happy to help you at any time!
Only the people stipulated in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
We ask you to help us keep the common areas clean, respecting the environment and other guests.
At the end of your stay at the farmhouse, please leave the apartment clean, otherwise an extra fee of €26.00 will be charged for final cleaning.
Cleaning of dishes, cutlery, pans and refrigerator is your responsibility and is not part of the final cleaning. If these conditions are not met, an extra charge of €50.00 will be applied.
It is not possible to change the location of objects or furniture. Otherwise, you must return them to their original location before leaving the apartment.
We also remind you that the farmhouse rate includes one linen change per week.
We provide you with an outdoor table and some chairs, which please put back in place after use. Any damage will be charged to those who used them.
Finally, to avoid unnecessary waste, we encourage you to turn off the lights and turn off the faucets.
The pool is for the exclusive use of customers, and a swimming cap must be worn to access it.
Use of the facility is not permitted in the presence of the pool-bottom cleaning robot.
The list of relevant regulations is displayed and can be consulted at the poolside.
Breakfast is available daily from 7:30 am to 10:00 am in our dining room.
*One day's notice is required to use it.
The restaurant is for the exclusive use of guests and is open for dinner.
We serve traditional dishes that are prepared with products from our farm.
Menu and opening days are to be checked with the facility, as they change weekly and may adapt to your requests.
Complimentary laundry and delivery service is available.
You can finish drying with the clothesline available in each apartment.
We also remind you that the farmhouse rate includes one linen change per week.
Near the reception area is the estate's vegetable garden, which is passionately tended by the staff.
You can harvest various vegetables according to the season, according to a free service that requires you to have *good sense* when harvesting, respecting plants and fruits.
An old saying refers to the drudgery of managing the land by saying, “the garden wants the man dead,” but don't worry!
The staff of the estate is always available to help you during harvest and introduce you to the produce of the land.
You can visit our cattle farm whenever you like, just follow a few rules:
- Do not run around inside the sheds.
- Do not shout.
- Do not approach and, most importantly, do not feed the animals.
Both cottages are equipped with outdoor barbecues, which can be used at no extra cost for wood.
